A transformational organization was being held back by an underdeveloped brand story.
The research
Commonwealth Medicine built a successful practice in healthcare consulting, both for its affiliated UMass Chan Medical School and outside organizations. But no one knew that, especially outside of Massachusetts. This had to change if they were going to grow.
The strategy
Having trouble defining yourself? Try the truth. We leveraged what Commonwealth Medicine did well, but gave it a whole new name and positioning: ForHealth Consulting, empowering enterprises to make the healthcare experience better.
The creative
By giving the logo and identity a fresh new look, still based on familiar elements of the UMass Chan Medical School Brand, we made ForHealth attractive to prospects while remaining faithful to its roots.
The results
The ForHealth brand inspired a renewed sense of purpose that united internal staff and gained significant attention in the medical consulting world.
