SADD BuzzcheckStudents Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) and the Education Development Center (EDC) partnered with our team to develop a program that would become a national model to positively affect underage drinking in pilot communities, and to challenge the assumptions that young adults have toward alcohol. Guided by primary research, we found that highlighting the pressures involved in decision-making would be effective by using peer influence through a youth-driven website. We developed the Buzzcheck brand and social marketing campaign, and a web-based video series with teen testimonials. Web metrics have showed a sustained level of increased traffic since the official launch. |
